The safety of our customers and staff is of our utmost priority and we have implemented some subtle changes in store to protect you and us whilst allowing you to enjoy your bridal experience at Lace & Grace.
Below is an outline of what to expect when you visit the boutique and how we are ensuring your safety:
♥ The boutique is located in Tier 3. We advise you to check the guidance for your region regarding your current tier status and guidelines before arranging your appointment or travelling to us. We will be more than happy to reschedule your appointment should you be unable to travel to us due to the restrictions.
♥ All brides will be permitted to bring a maximum of 1 guest into the boutique for their appointment (no children or babies). Due to the tier restrictions, the guest must be from either your household or support bubble. We are more than happy for you to invite your bride tribe to join virtually.
♥ If you or your guest are feeling unwell, or have been in contact with someone who has symptoms of Coronavirus, please contact us and we'll be happy to reschedule your appointment.
♥ As always, appointments are private and brides get exclusive use of our beautifully spacious boutique, so there is no contact with others. We are appointment only and won't be allowing walk ins during this time. Appointments have been spaced out to ensure there will be no crossovers.
♥ Please arrive to your appointment on time (not early or late) as we will be cleaning the boutique and gowns between appointments. For this reason, we won't be able to allow appointment times to run over.
♥ We will ask you to scan our QR code on arrival in store using the NHS App.
♥ When you arrive at Lace & Grace we will ask you to sanitise your hands. Hand sanitiser will be available throughout the boutique at all times.
♥ Masks are mandatory in shops so we kindly ask that you and your guest arrive to your appointment wearing a mask and keep your masks on for the duration of your appointment, we'll be wearing them too.
♥ We ask that you and your guest refrain from touching the dresses and accessories. Only the consultant will be able to handle the gowns and will pull your chosen dresses from the rails for you.
♥ Social distancing guidelines must be adhered to throughout your appointment and we ask you to follow the 2 metre rule wherever possible. Guests must remain seated during the appointment.
♥ We will be sanitising/steaming all tried on dresses and disinfecting the boutique and cleaning all touch points every day and in between appointments.
