COVID-19 APPOINTMENT GUIDELINES

The safety of our customers and staff is of our utmost priority and we will be continuing to follow safety measures in store to protect you and us whilst allowing you to enjoy your bridal experience at Lace & Grace.

Below is an outline of what to expect when you visit the boutique and how we are ensuring your safety:

♥ All brides will be permitted to bring a maximum of 3 guests into the boutique for their appointment (We have a no children policy). We are more than happy for you to invite your bride tribe to join virtually if any guests are unable to attend.

♥ Masks are now optional. If you would like us to wear a mask for your appointment please just let us know when you arrive in store.

♥ If you or your guests are feeling unwell, or have been in contact with someone who has symptoms of Coronavirus, please contact us and we'll be happy to reschedule your appointment. 

♥ As always, appointments are private and brides get exclusive use of our beautifully spacious boutique, so there is no contact with others. We are appointment only and won't be allowing walk ins during this time. Appointments have been spaced out to ensure there will be no crossovers.

♥ Please arrive to your appointment on time (not early or late) as we will be cleaning the boutique and gowns between appointments. For this reason, we won't be able to allow appointment times to run over. 

♥ We will continue to sanitise all tried on dresses, disinfecting the boutique and cleaning all touch points every day and in between appointments.
