What is your price range?
Our gorgeous gowns range in price from £1,400 - £5,300. The majority of dresses sitting between £1,800 - £3,500.
We also have an amazing selection of ex-sample dresses which mostly range from £800 - £2,000 and are available to take home the same day.

How long before my wedding should I search for my dress?
As soon as you feel you are ready to purchase the one.
We recommend beginning the search for your dress 8 – 12 months before your wedding date. All of our gowns are made to order and take between 4 – 8 months to be created and delivered. Then around 2 months are required for alterations.
If you have less time than this, don't worry, we can work around tighter schedules!

Do I need to book an appointment?
Yes.
We are open on an appointment-only basis as we want to ensure that you feel special and receive our undivided attention during your visit to Lace & Grace. This means the boutique is reserved exclusively for you so you can try on the beautiful gowns in privacy, with no disruptions.

How many people can I bring along?
We always encourage small groups as too many opinions can be overwhelming.
We can allow a maximum of the bride plus three guests (we have a no children policy with the exception of babes in arms), so choose VIP's whose opinions you trust and value.
We are more than happy for you to Zoom/Facetime/WhatsApp any of your bride tribe who are unable to attend to ensure your loved ones are still involved.

How long will my appointment be?
Your initial appointment will be 1 hour 30 minutes, which allows plenty of time to try a variety of dresses and explore a range of styles and silhouettes to discover your perfect bridal look.
Do I need to bring anything to my appointment?
To give you the best idea of how the gowns should look, we advise wearing flesh-coloured seamless underwear, including a strapless bra.
To keep our dresses in perfect condition, we politely ask that no fake tan is worn.
If you have already bought your wedding shoes, you're welcome to bring them along with you.

What size are the sample gowns?
We have sample dresses in sizes 8 – 22 . The majority of our sample dresses are between sizes 10 - 16. If the gown sample is too big or too small, we have creative ways to show you how your dream dress would look in your size. Then when a dress is ordered, it will be made in the correct size for you.
How do I pay for my dress?
Once you have chosen the one, a 50% deposit is required upon ordering and the remaining 50% is payable when your gown arrives at Lace & Grace.
If you are purchasing a boutique sample to take home with you, full payment is required.
Due to the gowns and accessories being made to order, we cannot offer any refunds or exchanges.
